The Challenge: A national real estate investment firm needed direct mobile numbers for thousands of active real estate agents to send bulk SMS offers for off-market properties. Manual data entry was too slow, and off-the-shelf lists were full of disconnected landlines.
I deployed a custom Python automation script to extract publicly available agent data directly from state licensing boards and major real estate directories like Zillow and Realtor.com. Instead of scraping blindly, the script cross-referenced the names against specialized mobile carrier databases to ensure we were capturing direct cell phone numbers, not office switchboards.
